Generally, the organizations during need assessment don’t consider the analysis at three levels as mentioned in above exhibit due to time, money constraints. But in our point of view the analysis at three levels such as organization, tasks and person are essential to coherent the training needs to the organizational culture, mission and long terms and short term goals.
